Roscoe's Story

This is my story and I'm stick'n to it.

In Summary: * A pretty productive Wednesday in the Roscoe-verse. Despite spending spending nearly 3 hrs. at an early morning drs. apt. (counting travel time to and from his office) the day moved along at a comfortable pace. And I now know more about the current understanding of blood pressure and cholesterol numbers and the main drugs used to help keep those numbers in line than I did.

In Summary: * Today was a peaceful Tuesday in the Roscoe-verse, I'm happy to note. There were extra chores in the morning that took more time than I expected. It was necessary for me to assemble all the medications, vitamins, and supplements that I take each day (or as needed) and list them for my primary care doctor's appointment tomorrow morning early. I'll probably be away from home and easy access to the Internet until later in the morning, so those few folks who expect to see me at the various places in the Fediverse and elsewhere won't see me until a bit later than usual.

In Summary: * All things considered, this has been a pretty good day in the Roscoe-verse. 1.) Got my weekly laundry done. 2 loads washed, dried, folded, and put away. 2.) Made 3 loan payments: 2 by phone, and 1 online. 3.) Kept to my exercise regimen. 4.) and now I'm listening to NFL's Monday Night Football Game.

In Summary: * Today was a better day than yesterday, I'm happy to note. For some reason I had the sense of being more “present” today. The only change to my regular routine was the addition of mild physical exercises. It's my intention to make those exercises an everyday thing. I've tried that before but for some reason gave up. I'll try to stick with them this time.

In Summary: * This was one quiet, semi-detached sort of day in the Roscoe-verse. Other than moments of conversation with the wife, the only times I had a sense of connection were when I was working on my chess games in the morning, and when I was working through my daily prayers and meditations.
