And a quiet Friday comes to a close. I'm glad for these last two quiet days because the next four are going to be busy: Church work, KofC work, a Rosary and a Funeral to attend on adjacent days. Hopefully things will start slowing down again by midweek of next week.

Late afternoon on a quiet Thursday. All is well. Have put back into storage the Raspberry Pi Computer and its monitor. This frees up space on a work table back here which had become uncomfortably cluttered. Now to organize and become more productive.

Disappointed in yesterday's national election results, but not overly. They show me two things: the communist deep state has a stronger grip on this country's election process than I had thought, and there are lots more brain-washed or brain-dead among the voting public than I'd thought. This realization helps me decide certain things about how I will direct my focus, my activities, and social engagements going forward.

You know how some days just a “feel” to them. This morning this Tuesday really felt like a Friday to me, and I was so looking forward to having the next two days off. But... the weekend is still several days away.
Listening now to Purdue Boilermakers basketball. The nice thing about college basketball, I'll have games to follow almost every night of the week. Radio games of course, because that's how I roll. You knew that, of course.

Feeling good about the day and the week ahead. There are a number of chores to be tackled that will be difficult and stressful in their own ways but, having completed them, I know a strong sense of relief will come.

This has been a full Sunday in the Roscoe-verse. Could have done better at so many parts of the day, but I did the best I could. And I head to bed with an easy mind.
I've got “white sound” music playing through my tablet. Relaxing, meditation type stuff. Space music, you know. And my Kindle is at hand. So...

Relaxing this Saturday evening to the live radio call of Game 6 of the World Series. Tried to start the game on TV but reception wasn't very good, and the “mood” of the telecast too “high energy” for my taste, so I put the game on the radio. I usually prefer to follow my sports over the radio anyway. Always have. Ask anybody.
Tomorrow morning will be busy for me. I lector at the 10:00 Mass and there are some brother knights who want to meet with me to discuss protocol for an upcoming Rosary and Funeral we'll be attending.
