Have just finished a 6-book fantasy series that I've really enjoyed reading and am about to start a 3-book series by a new-to-me author. But it will be later tonight or tomorrow before I start the new books. My entertainment of choice tonight will be following a women's college basketball game, opening tip coming up shortly.

Wow-Zoopers! Booming thunder and hard-driving rain! That was here, several minutes ago. Man! The first real thunderstorm for us in 2025. It's moderated down to a simple steady rain now. But more is forecast for the rest of today, through the night, and into tomorrow. Well, we'll just have to wait and see what comes, won't we.

This was a good Saturday. Took the wife out to a Buffet Restaurant new to us, but which had been highly recommended by friends of hers. It truly is a great place. We must go back!

A more restful day than I'd planned, today. The PA with whom I was scheduled to meet this morning had an “emergency” of some sort come up. Her office called as I was getting ready and we rescheduled. It was just a routine appointment, no major issues on the table. Now we're shooting for an early April meeting. Gives me plenty of time to prepare.

Main chore for today was preparing for my Doctor's appointment tomorrow. And I mostly did all the work I needed to do. What little remains I'll be able to wrap up tomorrow morning before heading out.
