I saw this outside one of the places on Skånegatan the other day. Something other restaurants should copy.

Had to buy this because I saw that @jasraj is using it for his blog. It feels good. Very simple and clean, the way I like it.

My wife is such a good planner. I am grateful for that. Today my parents visited us (it’s been years due to the pandemic) in Stockholm and we had a really good time. We met at the central station downtown and walked through the old town.

Morning run.

I woke up early this Saturday morning. The last time that happened was, well I don’t remember. I have been so tired for so long. I used to run three times a week, the last six months it’s happened a few times all together. So when I was laying there in bed, awake before everyone else in the family, I made a decision.

Read more This is the morning I’ll go out for a run before breakfast. All by myself. No headphones, no distractions, just running for 45 minutes. And I did it. My bad knee was hurting a bit after 6k but I ignored it. The doctor told me the pain isn’t much to worry about.

I’m back at the house writing this and the endorphins are kicking in. Now: coffee. Black. Strong.

I have been moving around during the last year or so. Left W.A for Blot.im but didn't like it enough to stay there. Did Micro.Blog during all that time (and still do) but this editor has got something special. I really need the white blank screen to get my fingers going on the j keyboard.

It's getting late here in Sweden. It's Friday night and I have been working hard all week. I’m tired. Watched a couple of episodes of The Morning Show with my wife to really enjoy the fact it's weekend. ... Everyday blogging is something I've tried before and the only times I've managed to do it is during vacations. During work weeks my head is somewhere else (at work). But maybe I'll try it again. I think I'll stick to English, I need the practice.

Well, it's good to be back.
