One of the more popular chants at the counter-protest was “Gaza, Gaza, don't you cry; we stand with you in the Chi!” Despite the police's efforts to physically divide the counter-protest, the Palestinians and their supporters stayed until the Zionists left. Afterwards, they marched through Daley plaza and reaffirmed their commitment to organize and protest until Palestine is free.
