but at least the sun has gone down and it is not too hot outside. I even have the sliding glass door open a bit. Mostly for the ambient sound of the traffic outside because it felt too quiet in here. I can also probably turn Mayhem back on and fix that but....

listening to Burzum

9/10 i end up listening to the “Fallen” record. I am trying to figure out a way to DOWNLOAD this album (w/o torrenting) so i can have it as a local MP3 to listen to w/o having to be online just to listen to music. I am listening to it on Bandcamp right now.

I love Black Metal and am absolutely enthralled with the history of it. Until The Light Takes Us is the best documentary on YouTube, if you ask me.

Speaking of “black”, i need some more black clothes. LOL! I was going to order black jeans until i realized that it would be way-the-fuck too hot to wear them for the next few months.

Anyway, i am rehydrating now because i think degydration is what caused such an awful headache earlier today and yesterday. I ate like a king yesterday (and ate well today), bit i have barely drank any water at all. Changing that now.

i am thinking about walking up to my corner gas station to get a fountain soda, but, it is 88 degrees outside so i am thinking i will just stay in and not die from sweat.

For the time being, I am going to contact write.as and find out why my #blog views are so low (or much lower than they were). I am sure i made this happen myself somehow because i upgraded to a Pro acct and as soon as i did, everything sorta went haywire.

But hooray for a custom domain, i guess.

Also, this new tablet charges p damn fast thanks to USB-C :)

I am typing this on a Saumsung Galaxy Tab A. It is a fab tablet, let me tell you. Several years ago, people used to call these “tablet PC's” and i see where they were coming from because that is basically what this is, a mini-PC. I am also having #coffee after hanging out at the 'rents for a bit, and am feeling quite good.

Pro Pro Pro

Upgraded to a Pro acct on write.as and i hope i don't regret it (i won't). I can see some deeper user stats w/ references and shit like that + better (more accurate) traffic #'s & yada yada. Pretty cool. Not to mention i can customize this bia now.

I am going to be doing all this but only after i get my Samsung Galaxy Tab A (that i ordered last night and didn't mention here yet). It's a p good tablet for it's price. Android Nougat, etc. So that wa the “big” purchase this time 'round and i am v happy w/ it.

And also, too; i bought the domain “undeleted.blog” for this here #blog. So that is p neat-o in a Speedo. I still didn't forward it so as of now, it's still oleary.xyz.

I go to the 'rents tomorrow, help out around their house, pay back $$$ i owe them (not much at all) and buy my dad his gifts for Father's Day + his b-day (that both landed last month).

Not v interesting happening here other than global warming scorching the fucking Earth outside and me making (several) trips to the store for this and that and damn near dying each and every time. :(

New things, new things

I ordered a Samsung Galaxy Tab A (8 inch) just now. Brand new. Not refurbished. 32 GB. Android 7.1.1. USB-C. etc. #goodtimes

Fucker didn't cost a lot, either. Very affordable (under 2 bills)

Next-day delivery on it, too (which cost $19)

I remember the first time i ever saw a tablet IRL and held one in my hands (a tablet PC we called them back then, lmao). It was a Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 (8 inch, also, i believe) and man, did i fall in love with that thing!

This is a WiFi-only model so i will be tethering it to the Kyocera phone (obvs), and i will basically never touch my phone unless i am woolking oot the door. lol.

The #RPi has been put to rest in the closet. I just...don't want to mess w/ that thing anymore.

I look forward to the bullshit i will get myself into on the Tab 8 (i will refer to it as). I won't have to nestle and baby it like i do the Kyocera because i won't have to worry (as much) about battery life, processing power, yada yada yada.

By the way, i was seriously indecisive as FUCK today about what thing or things i was going to get. I have been jamming ard on those #minimalism videos on YT and all that shit does is make me feel bad about owning anything. LMAO! Ironically, none of those schmucks are even gd minimalists! They just make videos about the subject! Nevertheless, i am not making this decision based on “minimalism” (idegaf about the subject v much these days, tbh). This is a decision of “luxury”. A “treat”, if you will. It will bring me hella joy :)

I still got $$$ for all the necessary things i have to use $$$ for in life (such as bills, and....yeah. Bills). In fact all those things are about done being paid for now. I just need to use the ATM tomorrow (or, today, after the sun rises) and get some $$$ out that i owe the 'rents, and then the rest o' the $$$ i can just “get by” with. Haha.

I live paycheck to paycheck and, yea, it gets tiresome. We'll see if there comes a time where i am not in this situation. I hope someday.

this blog can/does publish on #mobile when I am using Chrome (on Android), but, it won't publish on some (most) other mobile browsers. idgaf because i am using Chrome on mobile all the time anyway these days. So....yay!

...because i am paying for the Pro package (the biggest one write.as offers) tonight. I am gonna do a lot w/ this little corner of the internet. I may get a good amount of #writing done tomorrow AM (like 1 AM), too. I know that tomorrow will be busy so, I will try to get the #blogging done before i get too busy.

For today, i am cleaning up the apt quite a bit and having coffee out of the stainless steel MSR pot because everything else is in the dishwasher. lol! Damn fine coffee though. Indeed.
